Each of the Cunard ships has an onboard shopping arcade. On board the Queen Victoria it is known as the Royal Arcade while on the Queen Mary 2 it is the Mayfair Shops. On the QE2 it was called the Royal Promenade. This tradition of a shopping arcade on board Cunard ocean liners has its origins in the First Class Main Hall on board the Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth.
